Patorah began her formal training in her homeland, Dominica. She began by opening up her very own elegant and cozy restaurant, "Petit Lounge". Her strive for excellence in fine cuisine lead her to pursue her dream by attending the Culinary Institute of America where she obtained her masters in Restaurant & Hotel Management.
Patorah's ability to turn ordinary foods and flavor into masterful works of art has lead her to work with very famous clients such as Steven Collins, Queen Noor of Liberia, The Kennedys and Colin Powell and many others. Her reputation as a Celebrity Chef has made her one of New York's and International sought after and favorite Personal Private Chef.
Her creativity has been displayed and enjoyed in reknowned five star restaurants such as The Hudson River Club The Rainbow Room located in Manhattan, New York.
